My Story
A teenage girl nervously approached her drama teacher, she worked up the courage to say how much she wanted to improve her confidence by continuing to do drama at GCSE. She was met with a blank stare followed by a comment that would end up impacting her entire life and has stuck with her ever since, ‘but you can’t speak, Sarah’. That girl was me.

Knowing what it’s like to feel so excluded drives my passion and commitment to challenge attitudes so that no one else will have to have that feeling. Inclusion is my ultimate mission.
My Background
Over the past decade, Sarah has worked within the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Sarah sits on Healthwatch Merton Advisory Board, and is Trustee for Eventwell.
She is a certified Champion at the Psychological Safety Institute and a certified Associate for Emergenetics.

Sarah is passionate about sharing her expertise and is looking forward to being instrumental in implementing systemic change. Sarah gives her time to local government Covid Community Champions and her regional NHS involvement team.
