What People Say About SBi
Sarah holds both skills and sensitivity when facilitating. Her ability to carefully accommodate the groups dynamics is superb all the while ensuring everyone’s voice and contributions are heard equally.
She adeptly and successfully facilitated the group’s emotions, with a positive approach.

Sarah gave an incredibly useful inclusive engagement workshop.
Tailoring the session to our needs and creating a psychologically safe space for our tutors to discuss any challenges. Unpacking difficult terminology and answering difficult questions. I would highly recommend Sarah to every organisation aiming for inclusion.
Head of Inclusion, ACM
A thought-provoking workshop, designed to take the negativity away from bias - providing authoritative, practical support and tools and strategies to implement immediately.
It has been a pleasure working with Sarah in developing and delivering the session.
Director, Head of Content
Sarah gave an excellent
presentation and workshop in Cardiff for the Institution of Civil Engineers Wales Cymru.
I not only enjoyed it but learned a great deal myself – as I am sure did all those who attended.
I have received very positive feedback from those who attended not just from the ‘live’ event but those who participated online.
Clearly, Sarah is very knowledgeable in the field of Inclusivity and able to share her knowledge/train
others in these issues.

I met with Sarah and discussed with her what our business was about and what we would like to achieve from the training. After an initial discovery meeting, Sarah went away and formulated a short training course lasting three to four hours which met all of our requirements.
Most importantly Sarah delivered the training as well as writing it. When attending Sarah’s training session our staff were highly engaged and motivated. The feedback from our staff who attended the training was very positive. As a company we would happily work with Sarah in the future.
Transport Manager, Chariot
Sarah's ability to educate, engage and challenge the way individuals and organisations think, act and behave on issues of inclusion, diversity, and disability is truly outstanding.
Sarah is fearless in challenging people’s attitudes, assumptions and actions on diversity, disability and equality. This makes the training very real and gives people new skills sets.
If you truly want to change, motivate and get a workforce that embraces and makes real changes needed on this issue then I whole heartily recommend Sarah's unique ability in delivering this training.
During lockdown, Sarah’s Let’s Stay Connected weekly events have been a lifeline. This has provided me with a safe space to talk, make contact with others and understand how lockdown has affected me and other attendees.
As social connections were completely cut off for me, my life became work, and Sarah has helped me think more about myself and learn how to switch off ‘work mode’- something that has been very hard to do when we are suddenly living at work!
Inclusion by name and inclusive by nature, Sarah’s style is both engaging and engaged in ensuring services are accessible to all irrespective of circumstances, background and experiences. She completed documentation about inclusive recruitment processes for us and has shared her expertise in what areas we should consider going forward to improve our approaches.
Her natural curiosity, sharp intelligence, energy, enthusiasm, and consistently conscientious approach would be advantageous to any project, organisation or event.
Sarah helped me to understand what needs to be done in my role, to transform my organisation into one where individual differences are celebrated, and everyone feels like they belong.
Sarah shared practical examples and gave me tools to influence and to make a case for change internally.
